Caramel Popcorn

Preheat oven to 95˚C
-
Follow instructions on your microwave popcorn packet, once ready place in a roasting dish and set aside

In a saucepan mix butter, brown sugar, golden syrup and cream of tartar together

Bring to the boil slowly stiring constantly for 4 minutes
-
Remove saucepan from heat ,add baking soda and stir
-
Pour the mixture over your already made popcorn and bake in oven for 45 minutes
-
Be sure to check the popcorn and mix contantly
Make sure to keep stored in an airtight container to keep the popcorn nice and crunchy
