Chocolate Slice

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180˚C 
     

  2. In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients 
     

  3. In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter and vanilla and add to the dry ingredients
     

  4. Pour mixture into a slice tin and bake for 30 minutes
     

  5. Ice slice while hot, sprinkle with shreded coconut and cut into squares
