Double Choc Chip Biscuits
-
Preheat oven to 180˚C
-
In a bowl beat butter with white and brown sugar until pale and creamy

Add eggs, hot water and vanilla essence, mix well
-
Stir in flour, cocoa, baking soda and choc chops
-
Place spoonfuls of mixture on a greased baking tray

Cook for 10 minutes

The trick with this reciepe is trying to stop the family; including myself rom sneaking a biscuit straight from the oven as they are so yummy and soft. They also happen to be about the only baking of mine that passes my daughter Bre's high standards.
