Double Choc Chip Biscuits

  1. Preheat oven to 180˚C
     

  2. In a bowl beat butter with white and brown sugar until pale and creamy
     

  3. Add eggs, hot water and vanilla essence, mix well
     

  4. Stir in flour, cocoa, baking soda and choc chops
     

  5. Place spoonfuls of mixture on a greased baking tray
     

  6. Cook for 10 minutes

The trick with this reciepe is trying to stop the family; including myself rom sneaking a biscuit straight from the oven as they are so yummy and soft. They also happen to be about the only baking of mine that passes my daughter Bre's high standards.
