Grandads Shortbread

1. Cream butter and sugar until very light in colour

 

2. Add sifted flour, corn flour and salt
 

3. Roll into a log and wrap in baking paper and chill in the fridge for atleast 3 hours

 

4. Cut rol into slices and bake for 40 minutes

 

5. Let shortbread cool before seving
