Homemade Sausage Rolls

"I remember sitting in front of the television on a Sunday night watching disney and eating homemade sausage rolls"

  1. Mix sausage meat, chilli sauce, minced garlic and cheese together in a bowl
     

  2. Cut pastry in half. Roll a small amount of sausage meat mixture the length of the pastry in the bread crumbs and place in the centre of the pastry
     

  3. Wet he edges of the pastry with warm water before rolling together
     

  4. Repeat untill all the sausage meat mixture is used up. Cut lengths to your desired size
     

  5. Cook at 220˚C for approx 20 minutes or until golden in colour
