Onion Bahji
1. Sift cornflour, flour, baking powder, salt and spices into a bowl
2. Gradually add milk, mixing until smooth. The mixture needs to be a medium runny consistancy add more milk if needed
3. Chop the onion into medium sized slices
4. Dip the onions in the batter, ensuring they are well coated
5. Deep fry in hot oil until golden
6. Drain on a paper towel before serving
