Paprika Potatoes
Method
Ingredients

1. Heat oil in pan add chopped onions, cook on a low heat till onions are pale yellow add raw cubed potatoes, caraway seeds salt and paprika
2. Let potatoes cook for a few minutes without covering, stirring to spread seasonings
3. Add water and cover with lid, let potatoes cook slowly for about 20 minutes. Note Potatoes should not fry at any time
4. Towards end of cooking time remove lid and let remaining water steam away
5. Serve hot
