Ricebubble Cake
-
Slowly bring butter, honey and sugar to boil in a large saucepan for 3-4 minutes

Remove saucepan from the heat

Gently combine rice bubbles and vanilla with the butter mixture
-
Line a flat tin with baking paper, press the mixture into the tin
-
Leave to set in the fridge for 2-3 hours to set
-
Cut into squares to serve
Try this reciepe using a Vogels cereal mix instead
