Ricebubble Cake

  1. Slowly bring butter, honey and sugar to boil in a large saucepan for 3-4 minutes
     

  2. Remove saucepan from the heat
     

  3. Gently combine rice bubbles and vanilla with the butter mixture
     

  4. Line a flat tin with baking paper, press the mixture into the tin
     

  5. Leave to set in the fridge for 2-3 hours to set
     

  6. Cut into squares to serve

 

Try this reciepe using a Vogels cereal mix instead
