Rocky Road Brownie

  1. Preheat oven to 160˚C. Lightly grease and line a 20 x 30cm slice pan with baking paper
     

  2. Place dark chocolate and butter in a medium heatproof bowl over a saucepan of gently simmering water. Heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring until smooth. Stir in sugar and set aside for 10 minutes
     

  3. Whisk eggs and vanilla into chocolate mixture. Fold in sifted combined flour and cocoa. Pour into a pan, smoothing top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until just firm. Set aside to cool completley in pan
     

  4. Place milk chocolate in a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave on medium in 30 second bursts, stirring between each, until melted and smooth
     

  5. Add marshmallows, turkish delight and nuts to chocolate then mix to coat well. Spoon evenly over brownie. Sprinkle with extra chopped dark chocolate. Allow to set. Cut into squares. Store in an airtight container in fridge
