Sugar Free Rhubarb

Cut the Rhubarb into 1-2 centimetre pieces

Put rhubarb into a pot and cover with sugar free lemonade
-
Bring to the boil before turning down and simmering until all broken up
-
This can be served hot or cold
Rhubarb reminds me of my Grandad Cook, he always had it growing in his garden and we ate it as kids straight from the garden, he also always had it in the fridge for breakfast.
